?How TaskAlarm works

Open the TaskAlarm sidebar in Gmail, pick a task, and set the time you want to be reminded. TaskAlarm then emails you a reminder at that time. Because it runs on Google's add-on schedule, reminders arrive within about an hour of the time you set.

?Common questions

• My reminder didn't arrive at the exact minute. That's expected — reminders fire within about an hour of your chosen time, not to the minute, due to how Google schedules add-on tasks.
• How do I stop a reminder? Clear the alert time for that task in the sidebar.
• How do I upgrade to Pro? Use the upgrade option in the sidebar to subscribe through Stripe. Pro removes the free-plan reminder limit.
• How do I cancel Pro? Contact us or manage your subscription through your Stripe receipt. Pro stays active through the end of the current billing period.
• How do I remove TaskAlarm? Uninstall it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
